• تعاون استراتيجي بين وزارة الصحة العراقية وسانوفي: يهدف برنامج "إمكان" لتطوير القدرات في قطاع الرعاية والتوعية الصحية ويمثل تعاوناً مبتكراً بين القطاعين العام والخاص لتعزيز النظام الصحي العراقي من خلال تحديث البنية التحتية للرعاية الصحية وتقديم حلول مستدامة و متقدمة. • تمكين الكوادر الصحية وتحسين الخدمات: يركز التعاون على تنفيذ برامج تدريبية متخصصة للكوادر الطبية ، إضافةً الى تحديث العمليات التنظيمية مما يسهم في تعزيز الابتكار وضمان جودة العلاجات الطبية . بغداد، العراق – 2 فبراير 2025: وقّعت وزارة الصحة العراقية مع شركة سانوفي، شركة رعاية صحية عالمية مبتكرة ، اتفاقية تعاون بهدف تعزيز القدرات في قطاع الرعاية والتوعية الصحية ضمن إطار برنامج "إمكان"، وتمثل هذه الإتفاقية نموذجاً مبتكراً للشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، في خطوة تعكس التزام العراق بتطوير نظامه الصحي وفق أعلى المعايير الدولية. شهد مراسم التوقيع حضور معالي وزير الصحة الأستاذ الدكتور صالح مهدي الحسناوي، والسيد باتريك دوريل، سفير فرنسا لدى العراق، إلى جانب الدكتور رامي نصار، رئيس وحدة الأدوية في بلاد الشرق الادنى ومدير مكتب سانوفي في الأردن ، والسيد مروان شريف، رئيس قسم اللقاحات في بلاد الشرق الادنى، إضافةً الى عدد من كبار المسؤولين في وزارة الصحة وممثلي وسائل الإعلام. ويعد هذا التعاون خطوة نوعية ضمن استراتيجية الوزارة لتطوير منظومة الرعاية الصحية، من خلال الاستفادة من الخبرات العالمية والشراكات الاستراتيجية مع الشركات الرائدة في القطاع الصحي. الدكتور صالح الحسناوي، معالي وزير الصحة العراقي، أكد ان هذه الاتفاقية تأتي ضمن رؤية الوزارة لتعزيز النظام الصحي في العراق، وضمان توفير أفضل الخدمات الطبية للمواطنين. مضيفاً: "إن التعاون مع شركات رائدة عالميًا مثل سانوفي يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تحقيق نقلة نوعية في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، حيث يجمع بين الخبرة العالمية والاحتياجات المحلية لتقديم حلول متكاملة ومستدامة." من جانبه، صرّح ، السيد باتريك دوريل، السفير الفرنسي لدى العراق، قائلًا: " فرنسا ملتزمة بشدة بدعم تطوير قطاع صحي حديث أطلقته الحكومة العراقية. إن التعاون بين وزارة الصحة العراقية وشركة سانوفي الفرنسية العالمية سيساهم في تعزيز البنية التحتية للرعاية الصحية وتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة للشعب العراقي ". كما صرّح الدكتور رامي نصار، رئيس وحدة الأدوية في بلاد الشرق الادنى ومدير مكتب سانوفي في الأردن ، قائلًا: "يمثل هذا التعاون تحت مظلة برنامج "إمكان" التزامنا المشترك مع وزارة الصحة العراقية بتطويرخدمات الرعاية الصحية للشعب العراقي. معاً، نستثمر في بناء قدرات الأطباء والممرضين، وضمان الوصول إلى تقنيات رعاية صحية متقدمة، وتحديث منظومة الرعاية الصحية بما يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية. هذه الشراكة تعكس التزامنا بتقديم أفضل الخبرات العالمية والاقليمية لتطوير النظام الصحي العراقي." اضاف السيد مروان شريف، رئيس قسم اللقاحات في سانوفي لبلاد الشرق الادنى: " أن سانوفي تضع توفير لقاحات عالية الجودة بانسيابية وكفاءة عالية، وتطوير البرنامج الوطني الموسع للتحصين، وتدريب الكوادر الطبية العراقية على أحدث المستجدات، على رأس أولوياتها. ونؤمن بأن برنامج "إمكان" سيسهم في بناء منظومة رعاية صحية متطورة تعتمد على الكفاءة التشغيلية، والاستدامة، والابتكار.
